You get what you pay for

The Owl always met with the Tiger to speak about his business and what he was hoping to accomplish. The Tiger decided to outsource some of his operations and was deciding between two candidates. One was half the price of the other candidate. The Owl said “You always want to remember that you should select a candidate based on ability and qualifications rather than on price because at the end of the day, you get what you pay for.”

Lesson: This tip is from the post “Don’t Kiss a Frog When Selecting a Vendor“. When selecting vendors and people to complete projects for your business it is important to remember that while you may save a “dime” in the long run, you sometimes sacrifice quality.
