Duck had planned for a company picnic and the day was almost upon him. He knew all too well that his workers weren’t always going to be thrilled about spending their time with the people they worked with, and the boss, on the days that they were off of work. But having a company picnic was a chance for his workers to bond over games and sports. It was a chance for him to learn more about them outside of work and for all of the company as a whole to learn how to work together in a more cohesive manner. From the customizes t-shirts to the prizes for each team, the company picnic would bring them together in a tighter community – much better than any boring meeting would.
