He couldn’t ignore his children, but he couldn’t abandon his employees. Turkey felt like he needed to be at work all the time to make sure things were running well. When his friend Bison suggested he needed to learn how to delegate more his work and family life improved almost instantly. Now he was free to gobble up all the time he could with his family.
